Construction of two classroom block with office and store at Rucence primary school(South Division) at a cost of UGX 127,130,627= & Rwobuyenje primary school(North Division) at a cost of UGX 123,132,494= were successfully launched at the school premises on Tuesday 17th March, 2026.

They have been launched by the deputy RCC South Division Gerald Tukamuhebwa, deputy RCC North Division Jackline Kankunda, deputy Mayor Mulongo Prisca, Division Mayor Jomo Mugabe,City Town Clerk Barekye Justine, Executive members, councillors ,Technical team in the presence of teachers, parents, school committee members & other key stakeholders of our City.

The contractor for Rucence is M/S Roshaka Investments LTD & for Rwobuyenje primary school is M/S AOG Engineering Company LTD. The contract is to last for a period of three months. The contractors have been advised to do a great job.
