Construction of out patient block and completion of Maternity/General ward were successfully commissioned on 22/12/2025 at Kicwamba Health Centre II  which was upgraded to III.

The contractor was Geses Uganda Limited and the whole project costed Shs.UGX 695749663 Uganda Intergovernmental Fiscal Transfers(UGIFT) funds.

It was successfully commissioned by the RCC Catherine Hellen Kamwine, Woman MP Rita Atukwasa Bwahika, City Mayor Robert Mugabe Kakyebezi, City South Division Mayor Jomo Mugabe, City Town Clerk Justine Barekye in the presence of honourable councillors,Technical team members and other key stakeholders who all appreciated the project.

Rehabilitation of Col. Ndahendekire road (0.4km) from Mosque road to Kisenyi side under the USMID _AF program was also completed at a cost of Shs. UGX 1.59 Billion. This achievement was made possible through savings arising from funding of the World Bank and the government of Uganda
